You can request a return directly from your Glow Trend account. All requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days, and once approved we'll email you a link to create your prepaid Royal Mail return.*

How to return
Sign in to your accountUse the email address you ordered with. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember. If you ordered through the Shop app, you can request your return there instead.
Choose your order and select "Request return"Pick the items you'd like to send back and tell us why. Only items within the return window can be selected.
Wait for approvalWe'll review your request within 1–2 business days and email you a link to create your prepaid Royal Mail return. You can choose a QR code to show at the Post Office, so there's no need for a printer, or a label to print at home.
Drop off your parcelPack your items securely and take your parcel to any Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point. We'll refund you once your return arrives and has been checked.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging with seals intact. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. A £4.50 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@glowtrend.co.uk before requesting a return and we'll cover the cost.
