Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return has been approved, we must receive the item within 14 days from the approval date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A flat fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage cost. This does not apply to items that are faulty or damaged, returns for those will be free of charge. Returned items must be packaged as they were originally sent, with all protective packaging intact, to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and ensure we make it right. We will review the provided images and assess the situation promptly. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable resolution, including a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. We also do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual responses to ingredients can vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application to check for any sensitivity. If you are unsure about an ingredient, please consult the product description or reach out to us before purchasing.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@glowtrend.co.uk.

High Returns Rate Policy Accounts with an unusually high number of returns relative to purchases may be reviewed. Where this continues over time, restrictions on future orders may apply.
