An in-clinic microdermabrasion facial, reworked for the bathroom shelf. Where most scrubs rely on crushed shells or sugar, this one is built around magnesium flakes, which are fine, uniform and soft enough to dissolve slightly as you work them over the skin. The result is real physical polishing without the scratchiness that usually comes with it.

The base is cushioned rather than gritty, so the grains stay suspended and glide instead of dragging. Polyhydroxy acids work alongside them, loosening surface build-up and holding water in the skin at the same time, while zinc gluconate helps keep the look of pores refined. Everything rinses away cleanly with no residue and no tight, stripped feeling afterwards.

Skin is left noticeably smoother to the touch, with a soft finish and a fresher, more even look. Best used up to three times a week as a treat step, and particularly good the night before makeup, when you want everything to sit flat.

How to use

After cleansing, apply a small amount to damp skin and massage gently over the face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and follow with moisturiser. Use up to three times a week.
